Neurodifferences in Children and Young People with Kit Messenger

My name is Kit Messenger, and I am thrilled to invite you to join me as your guest speaker in The Hypnotherapist club on Wednesday 26th June at 7.30pm.

As CEO of Changing Chances and co author of the book "Curious not Furious, I coach everyone from parent carers to teachers to Hypnotherapists on how to get the best from children and young people. I’ve had the privilege of exploring and sharing insights into emotional intelligence, resilience, and the transformative power of curiosity in interactions and practices.

I will be sharing with you the importance of how to approach situations and individuals with a sense of curiosity. This perspective aligns beautifully with the core principles of what you do with Hypnotherapy, where understanding, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach are key to facilitating positive change in clients' lives.

During my session, I will be discussing practical strategies and neuroscientific evidence that highlight how curiosity can enhance the work of Hypnotherapists. We will explore techniques that can help you to foster a more supportive and effective therapeutic alliance, with both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, ultimately leading to better outcomes for success.

I will discuss how you can coach your clients to find great solutions even for the trickiest problems. To ask curious questions without judging.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. Let's come together to embrace curiosity, enhance our skills, and continue making a profound impact on the lives of our clients.

Warm regards,

Kit Messenger
